Forgotten Blog

I had forgotten I had my blog! Well it has been forever and a day since I have posted or written anything. Here goes...... Drum roll please.................My beautiful girls are with me full-time now. It has been hectic, crazy and a lot of fun to have my girls home!!! I am so grateful for my mom and dad and all they do to help! Now for the long awaited update or brag:

"Nutty" aka Gabbie: Nutty is six and in the first grade. She is doing awesome! The Indie and Nutty are going to the same school. Nutty has made many new friends and her nickname fits her perfectly. She is the class clown and loves to help others.

"Boo" aka Indie: Boo is almost 9 and is a gem to have around. She is in the 3rd grade and also loving her new school. She is the Class President and is a social butterfly. She is always quick to give a helping hand.

"Bug" aka Katie: Bug is 12 and has joined Young Woman's. She is in 7th grade and is adjusting to having 8 classes, her grades are proof, she almost all A's. She works hard and is very smart. She has been a great helper around the house and with her sisters.

"Bear" aka Maddie: Bear is in 10th grade and is 15, hard to believe I have a daughter that old, it seems like just yesterday I was learning to drive and looking forward to dating. She was voted as student of the day, she works hard, trains hard and studies hard. She plays on the JV soccer team for her High-school.

"Mom, Tommy, You, Mommy" aka Me: I'm loving having my girls with me. I'm working full-time and enjoying my job, working on getting my new company up and running so I will have more freedom to be home with my girls. Life is crazy and full of many blessings. Working toward being baptized in early March. I truly am grateful for all my blessing and life lessons I'm learning.

There is a quick update on the Girls and I. Look forward to more posts.

The long over due update!!

Yes, I realize I said ages ago that I would update, well i finally figured out how to download my pictures from my camera(ok actually I knew how to do that already, I just actually took the time to do it).

Alot has happened in the meantime. Maddie graduated 6th grade, Holly Molly do I feel old-I remember my first day of Jr. High. Maddie soccer team did very well this year and they are playing again in the fall. She is such a cutie and am very blessed to have her as a daughter. She is very thoughtful, kind, caring and a big helper. Look out boys she grows more beautiful everyday. Maddie will be 12 this July and is getting to go to girls camp this year. Hard to believe she is so old already. I remember seeing her for the first, all purple and not even crying as the Korean nurse held her upside down and tapped her back to get her to make a noise, she was so small and precious and now she is almost as tall as me. She is growing up so fast but that's what kids do.

Katie turned 9 in May and is going into 4th grade. She is playing soccer but has discovered a new love and passion....dancing! This girl has rhythm. She had her first dance recital and it was sooo much fun to watch her perform, after the performance Katie said, "Mom, can I quit soccer I want to dance!" Katie is such a treasure and joy to have around, she is always playing mom to the younger two and loves to play house and keep them entertained.

Indie is now a whole whopping 5.5 yrs old. She is quite the poser, she loves to have her picture taken,if you ask me she does well in front of the camera. She is always saying something to make us all laugh and smile. She is going to start kindergarten this year, wow I cant believe it.

Gabbie turned 3 and was named perfectly-she is quite the gabber box. She loves to talk and half the time carries the conversation on her own, or she talks so fast that you can barely understand her. She loves to play with Indie and she knows exactly how to bug Indie and get a reaction. It's hard to believe my baby is already 3.

I love all my girls, they each have their own characteristics and personalities that makes each one of them special. I am so grateful for them and for the joy, peace and love that they bring into my life. I love you girls!

Enjoy the pictures from the last few months. I will try and keep the blog updated better......

Christmas Eve Festivities

Leave it to the Biesinger's to put together an impromptu, last minute get together. It was quite the event. What would Christmas be with out some arguing between Grandma & Grandpa, everyone (but me) late by at least 30 minutes, the yummy potatoes without the potatoes and and three bags of cheese, the nativity scene done with 4 kids, 1 reluctant teenager, and two oldies but goodies, the done deaf singing of Silent Night which we Biesinger's now know should be sung silently. The awesome hot orange cider, the hot chocolate machine a brewing, yummy ham, the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The family unity that seems to be more abundant on Christmas eve as we gather as friends and family to celebrate the birth of the Savior and look upon the many blessings in our lives.

As hectic as our lives become the closer it comes to Christmas, I love this time of year. I love being with family, building those memories that will be remembered for years to come, the feelings of love and appreciation, the old traditions and the starting of new ones. Christmas is a lovely time of year, it is a time for pondering and giving thanks for all the wonderful blessings in our lives. I want my friends and family to know how much I love them and how thankful I am to have such great parents, siblings, friends and others that I hold dear to my heart. This year has been full of ups and downs, without such great support I do not know how I would have made as far as I have. My journey in life has been made easier because of the great people in my life. I love you all!!

Merry Christmas !!!
